Arbiom Recognized with Prestigious Life Sciences Award for Second Consecutive Year

Durham, N.C. – May 23, 2018 Arbiom was honored as Best Early-Stage Product Development Company in the 2019 Triangle Business Journal Life Sciences Awards for the second consecutive year. The TBJ Life Sciences Awards recognize both individuals and research organizations in the Research Triangle Park region that are blazing trails and breaking ground in this field.

Arbiom Selected as Aquaculture Innovation Showcase Finalist

Arbiom was recognized for its proprietary bioconversion process technology, which converts wood into SylPro® enhanced torula yeast, a high-quality alternative to fish meal as a protein source in fish feed. SylPro is a nutritional, economical, traceable and sustainable protein-rich ingredient with enhanced amino acid content that has been developed to meet the needs of aquaculture farmers and feed formulators who are faced with two critical challenges: protein sourcing and gastrointestinal health.
